Story :
A girl Maya Luthra ( Chitrangana Singh ) came to Mumbai form the small town of Himachal named Solan to fulfill her dreams . She works at an add agency of Mumbai and once met Rahul Verma ( Arjun Rampal ) at an award program who is CEO at one of the biggest add agency of Mumbai . In the first meet , Rahul recognize that Maya had that guts to do something new and seeing this he gave her the position of Chief copy editor at his company. After few days , Maya proved her capability and became close to Rahul.
Meanwhile, the two have become in relations , but both does not express love. After some days , Rahul seems that Maya began to excersice her rights upon him , which he does not like . Meanwhile, by seeing Maya’s capability , the boss of the company’s offer her to join the board of directors , but Rahul advises Maya to do not accept the offers . But Maya takes this offer. This increases the distance between the two and suddenly one day Maya complained against Rahul for sexual Harassment at office . A committee is formed for the complaint on behalf of the office woman social worker headed by Mrs. Kardar (Deepti Naval) and the investigation begins.
Acting: Arjun Rampal faithfully portrayed his character. Chitrangada once again proved that she has a great grip in acting . In ‘Taare Zameen Par’ Vipin Sharma proved his identity , but now in G. Gupta , he showed very weak character, which is beyond comprehension. Rehana Sultan visible on the screen after a long time remained fittingly in the role . However, Deepti Naval presence is impressive.
Direction: Sudhir Mishra’s is presented such issue of sexual Harassment in a different vein He made ??some light scenes on demand of the box office . The emphasis of the investigation before the committee Maya – loud shouts to his side and weak climax is beyond comprehension.
Music: Shantanu Moitra provide Music according to the Test of the story . ‘Maula Tu Mailk”and” Darmiyan “is picturised better.
